and raised in the urban streets of Memphis Tennessee. Although he is primarily a poet and an essayist, he quite naturally took to the writing of novels. He wishes that his novels just as his other works may touch the souls of the people and raise social, racial, and political awareness. He was born to a revolutionary mother she taught him at a very young age about the struggle and fighting of oppressed people. He hopes that his works will inspire change, even if it’s just one person.
